1. Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Yes we are delivering NATIONWIDE. We also offer store pick-ups.
2. What is the delivery timeline?
- Metro Manila : 2-3 Business Days
- Luzon : 5 - 10 Business Days
- Visayas: 10 - 12 Business Days
- Mindanao : 12 - 15 Business Days
- Same day delivery is applicable for Marikina areas only. Orders placed until 12:00 noon can be delivered on the same day within Marikina
- SMS notification will be sent once order is about to be delivered
- Payment methods available are online credit/debit card, GCash payments
- COD is also available

3. What are the shipping fees?
- For Marikina areas, delivery is FREE for orders P1,000 and up
- Metro Manila 0.0 – 3.0 kg – P85
- Metro Manila 3.1 – 5.0 kg – P110
- Luz, Vis, Min 0.0 – 3.0 kg – P170
- Luz, Vis, Min 3.1 – 4.0 kg – P215
- Luz, Vis, Min 4.1 – 5.0 kg – P274
- Note: Additional fee of P400 will be charged for bulky items regardless of the order amount.
4. Payment Methods
Can I pay using my debit or credit card?
- Yes, you may pay via debit/credit card online. Major credit cards are now accepted.
- Payment via bank deposit or transfer to BDO is available. A copy of bank transaction to be sent to medsavepharma1@gmail.com indicating your order number for verification
- Yes. GCash is available on our site.
- Cash on Delivery is already available!
5. Do you require prescriptions?
Yes, all orders of prescription medicines should be accompanied by a valid doctor's prescription. After checkout, please email us a copy of your prescription in jpeg or pdf format at medsavepharma1@gmail.com indicating your order number. Our pharmacist will get in touch with you to validate your prescription. Please be ready to show your original prescription upon claiming/delivery of you
6. Do you give Senior Citizen / PWD discount?
Senior Citizen discounts are now being offered to qualified customers. (Vitamins, food supplements and medical equipment are not included in discount). Senior Citizen ID, booklet and valid prescriptions are required to avail the discount. The amount on the check-out is still excluding the discount. Final discounted amount will be sent via email or SMS after validating your documents. Please note that any adjustments on Senior Citizen discounts will be returned via GCash refund in 2-3 business days.
